Motivated team worker needed to fill the following roles:
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain and promote a clean kitchen and work area
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, equipment
- Prepare and cook dishes of both Canadian and Lebanese cuisine
- Prepare and advise on dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
