As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a positive work environment for your team.
Duties
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Develop and design creative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
Implement health and safety regulations within the kitchen to ensure compliance with local health codes.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management strategies.
Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen management, including supervising staff and managing food preparation processes.
Experience in restaurant management with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience offered to guests.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse culinary team.
