We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food handling practices.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented attractively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
Experience in the food industry, including kitchen experience, is a plus
Strong understanding of serving, food handling, and restaurant operations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on delivering quality service to guests

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
