We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. This role offers an opportunity to showcase culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients to meet our standard
Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, workstations and all areas of the kitchen
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures set in place
Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining communication
Adhere to health regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
