Qualifications
Culinary skills, food preparation, and cooking experience
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with kitchen staff
Good organizational and time-management skills
Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills
Relevant culinary certification or diploma is a plus
Must have at least 2yr of experience working in a similar position. Experience is banquet is a plus.
