Overview

We have an immediate opening for a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of food preparation and plating techniques, and will be very comfortable working in an open kitchen environment.

You have at least 1 years of previous Line Cook experience, with a minimum of 2 years professional culinary experience under your belt.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service, including backstocking the line. Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled according to safety guidelines. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

Requirements

1 years Line Cook experience 2 years experience in a Professional Culinary environment Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards and a positive outlook. A clean-as-you-go mentality, with an understanding of the importance of a clean workspace. Able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Professional communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong sense of urgency, combined with an ability to prioritize based on need.
