Prep/Line Cook - Border Crossing Pub

The Border Crossing Pub is a local favorite in Calgary, known for our hearty meals, great drinks, and lively atmosphere. We're currently looking for a motivated Prep/Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you're passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and portion ingredients for daily operations. Cook and assemble menu items with consistency and attention to quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workspace, following health and safety standards. Work independently during certain shifts and as part of a team when required. Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar role is an asset (willing to train the right candidate). Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work alone during certain shifts.
