We are seeking an experienced and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment and possess exceptional culinary skills, particularly in the area of food preparation with good knife skills.
Responsibilities:
Execute menu items with precision and consistency during high-volume periods.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant or similar establishment.
Proven track record of excellence in food preparation and execution.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
