We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station before, during, and after shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment Support overall kitchen operations during busy periods, including assisting with meal assembly as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards Strong understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude Basic knowledge of serving standards and meal presentation is a plus
