Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Inspect kitchens and food service areas Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Establish methods to meet work schedules Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
