Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning and suggest new dish ideas to enhance the dining experience Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout shifts Handle food with care, ensuring quality presentation and portion control Support catering events and special functions as needed Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or servers Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods

Qualifications



Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Prior restaurant or kitchen experience, especially in fine dining or catering settings Knowledge of the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and hygiene Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Culinary training or certification is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
