Turner Hospitality Group is looking for dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Twist Kitchen + Cocktail in the Blue Mountain Village.

This is an opportunity for a skilled and passionate culinary professional--whether an experienced cook or someone looking to take the next step in their career--to grow in a dynamic and ambitious kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Select and cook high-quality ingredients, ensuring proper preparation and plating. Follow FIFO method to maintain product freshness and minimize waste. Maintain quality standards, portion control, and compliance with health regulations. Work collaboratively with the BOH team to ensure smooth service. Uphold THG's core values and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in an elevated dining environment. Strong technical skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and quality standards. Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and uphold kitchen organization. Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure. A solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices, Food Handler Certification an asset
