Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food handling procedures. Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to ensure consistency. Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
