We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station before, during, and after service Serve dishes promptly and professionally to servers Follow sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy hours Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Strong understanding of the food industry and restaurant operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude Prior experience with meal preparation is a plus Experience in Indian Cuisine is an asset

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
