We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
Follow proper food safety procedures at all times, including temperature checks and storage protocols
Support the overall operation of the kitchen by assisting with meal assembly and plating as needed
Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving guests with professionalism and courtesy
Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Experience in meal preparation and food handling within the food industry is preferred
Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
