Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction Follow proper food safety protocols during meal preparation and service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong understanding of meal preparation and presentation standards Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals
