to join our Culinary team.
If you are an individual that has a deep passion for Culinary Arts, positive attitude and enjoys working with a team of goal oriented individuals, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will also possess a desire to both grow professionally and mentor within the Culinary team.
Required Skills:
Be able to follow recipes.
Daily station and fridge inventory.
Full station preparation for service.
Maintain and deliver the same standards set forth by the Executive Chef and Sous-Chef.
Practice effective methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions and garnishing of dishes
Maintains standards for receiving and storing food.
Recognizes products, presentations, and flavors of superior quality.
A successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of 1-2 years' previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or banquet facility.
Be dedicated to a high level and standard of food quality.
Be highly creative and motivated.
Have exceptional attention to detail.
Be an effective communicator and love working in a team environment.
Be able to work well under pressure and independently.
Have flexible full-time availability; holiday, evening and weekend shifts are required.
Have a reliable form of transportation to and from work.
