Responsibilities
The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Conduct day-to-day activities in the kitchen including preparing food orders for the restaurant
Carry out opening and closing duties of the kitchen
Assist in banquet serving for special events
Assist in volume food preparation for special events
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, organized, prepped and well presented at all times

Job Duties:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
