We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook / Banquet to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cleanliness, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Must be willing to help out when needed in all areas of food and beverage food service .
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy service periods.
Skills
Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
