Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations in a restaurant or food service setting.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's expectations
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food production
Skills:
Proficiency in cooking techniques specific to breakfast foods such as frying eggs, flipping pancakes,preparing omelets, cooking bacon and sausage, and making breakfast sandwiches.
