We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook and pizza baker to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages as needed. Participate in daily cleaning tasks and maintain overall kitchen hygiene.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety guidelines and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that exceed customer expectations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule.
