Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and have a strong background in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
- Cook and plate dishes with attention to detail
- Ensure food safety standards are met in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food preparation, meal cooking, and food service
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and familiarity with restaurant procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices and guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
