to join our BBQ-focused taproom team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting a kitchen with professionalism and collaboration. Reporting directly to the the Kitchen Manager, a Line Chef will focus on running efficient operations, maintaining food quality, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture where everyone can thrive.
What You'll Do:
Handle, cook and plate food for service
Inspect, clean and sanitize kitchen and food service areas
Assist in maintaining inventory of food supplies and equipment
Execute opening and closing procedures
Other duties, as assigned
