Role Proposition: Are you a people person who loves being outside? Our Lift Operators are key guest-facing members of our summer operations team at Sun Peaks Resort. Do the thoughts of great views and a welcoming team sound great? Lift Operators ensure guests\' safe loading and unloading practices and monitor the RFID ticket system. Further financial bonuses are available for staff performing well. Full training is provided, and you will work alongside skilled and knowledgeable individuals. You will be stationed at one of our two lift-accessed mountains providing guests access to hiking, biking, and sightseeing adventures! • Assisting the Lift Maintenance team with routine start-up and safety checks
• Practice all safety measures to ensure all guests load and unload in a safe manner
• Provide extra assistance to those guests requiring help
• Continued upkeep of all workstations and ensure all areas are free from any obstruction
• Work as part of the lift operations team to ensure all safety practices are being followed by employees and guests

• Task focused with a safety-first mindset
• Highly motivated and outgoing with a sincere willingness to provide a remarkable guest experience
• Keen willingness to learn from others
• Open and transparent communication skills
• High level of physical fitness, free from injuries
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions for most of a day
