New Agent (1-3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:



Client Service & Support:

Collaborate with a team of advisors to manage and service hundreds of client accounts. Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, complete file reviews, and ensure that new business is compliant and processed efficiently.

Business Development:

Upsell existing clients, identify additional needs, and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term loyalty and encourage referrals.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure that all steps in the application process are completed accurately and promptly while managing client files with precision and attention to detail.

Collaboration & Learning:

Work alongside senior advisors, learning best practices for managing and growing client relationships and supporting the business.

What We're Looking For:



Licensing:

You hold a valid LLQP Life Insurance License. (Required)

Experience:

1-2 years of industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. We value motivation, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Client-Focused Mindset:

You are passionate about providing excellent service and building long-term relationships based on trust.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using technology, from smartphones and tablets to insurance software and company websites.

Reliable Transportation:

Access to a vehicle is a plus but not required.

Confidentiality:

You maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information.
