Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends and have the ability to negotiate effectively to close deals. The candidate is required to have LLQP certification and must have more than 5 years experience in the life insurance industry. The candidate will provide product training and sales support to our advisors. Extensive knowledge of Life Insurance products is a must. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Duties



Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of services and products. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients. Provide Life Insurance product training to our advisors

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales in the life insurance industry. Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and project management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. College or University degree in a related field is preferred Prior sales experience in the life insurance industry, with familiarity in advisor practice management A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills. Knowledge of Life Insurance products (Segregated Funds, Annuities, Critical Illness Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Whole Life Insurance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
