What You'll Do

Build lasting relationships through honest, needs-based conversations Recommend tailored solutions, including term, whole life, and universal life Educate clients on budgeting, saving, retirement, and risk management Provide consistent, client-focused guidance at every life stage Keep accurate, compliant records in our digital CRM Stay current on products, regulations, and market trends Spot opportunities to add long-term financial value

What You Bring

Valid LLQP license and authorization to work in Newfoundland & Labrador 3+ years in life insurance, financial advising, or related services Relationship-first mindset with a track record of integrity Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, professional manner Comfort with CRM systems and virtual tools Proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others succeed
