The Opportunity

As a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted financial guide--helping individuals and families protect what matters most and plan for a secure future. With a steady stream of

warm, pre-qualified leads

and the backing of a collaborative, supportive team, you'll be set up for long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with clients to understand their values, needs, and financial goals Recommend customized life insurance solutions: term, whole life, and universal life Educate clients on retirement planning, income protection, and wealth-building strategies Build trust-based relationships rooted in transparency, care, and professional insight Keep accurate, compliant records using CRM tools and digital platforms Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory updates Uncover additional opportunities to add value through complementary financial services

What You Bring

A valid

LLQP license

and legal authorization to work in

British Columbia

3+ years

of experience in life insurance or financial advisory services A client-first, consultative approach with a track record of earning trust Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with CRM systems and comfort using digital tools A driven, self-motivated attitude and a desire to make a difference
