Licensed Life Insurance Advisors

Your Role
In this role, you won't just sell insurance--you'll serve as a trusted partner in your clients' financial journeys. With a steady flow of pre-qualified leads and advanced digital tools at your fingertips, you can focus on delivering real value and building lasting relationships--without the need for cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their life stage, priorities, and goals
Recommend customized insurance solutions, including term, whole life, and universal life coverage
Educate clients on budgeting, retirement planning, and income protection strategies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent communication
Keep accurate, compliant client records in CRM and digital systems
Stay up to date on evolving products, regulations, and market trends
Offer additional financial guidance to support clients' broader planning needs
What You Bring
Active LLQP license and legal authorization to work in Manitoba
3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial advising, or related services
A service-oriented, client-first mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for listening and clear communication
Proficiency with CRM software, video conferencing, and digital tools
A proactive, motivated approach and a passion for helping others achieve financial security
