The Role:

Licensed Life Insurance Advisor

, you'll be a trusted partner in your clients' financial journeys. Whether it's protecting their families, growing their wealth, or planning for retirement, you'll deliver personalized solutions that align with their goals. With a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified leads and a supportive team behind you, you'll have everything you need to succeed and grow.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Get to know your clients' goals, values, and financial priorities Recommend insurance solutions including term life, whole life, and universal life Educate clients on key financial topics such as investing and retirement planning Build long-term relationships grounded in integrity and sound advice Maintain accurate and compliant records Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and market insights Identify additional ways to support clients through complementary financial services

What You Bring to the Table:

Valid

LLQP license

and authorization to work in British Columbia

3+ years

of experience in life insurance or financial advising A consultative, client-first approach to building trusted relationships Strong communication skills and a natural ability to earn trust Comfort with CRM tools and digital platforms A self-starter mindset with a passion for growth and purpose-driven work
