What You'll Do
Learn each client's unique financial situation and craft insurance strategies tailored to their goals
Recommend appropriate solutions such as term, whole life, and universal life insurance based on real needs
Educate clients on broader financial topics like retirement planning, investing, and risk management
Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and personalized support
Maintain organized records and manage your sales process efficiently
Meet and exceed your sales targets while always staying compliant with regulations
Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver timely, relevant advice
Identify opportunities to provide added value through related financial services
What You Bring
Active LLQP license and legal eligibility to work in British Columbia
Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance or financial advisory services
A consultative approach with a strong track record of client success and sales performance
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital workflow tools
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to recognize cross-selling opportunities
