What You'll Do
As a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, your role goes beyond policies--you'll be a trusted financial partner. You'll work closely with clients at various life stages, guiding them through important decisions about income protection, retirement planning, and wealth-building strategies.
With access to warm, pre-qualified leads, intuitive digital tools, and a highly supportive team, you'll be empowered to focus on building deep, trust-based client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Understand each client's financial goals, life circumstances, and values
Recommend personalized insurance solutions: term, whole life, and universal life
Educate clients on risk management, retirement strategies, and legacy planning
Build long-term client relationships based on integrity and clear communication
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation using digital CRM systems
Stay current on insurance products, industry changes, and regulatory updates
Explore opportunities to expand service through broader financial guidance
What You Bring
A valid
LLQP license
and authorization to work in
Alberta
3+ years
of experience in insurance, financial services, or advisory roles
A consultative, relationship-first approach to client service
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
Comfort using CRM platforms and engaging clients remotely
