What You'll Do
Connect with clients to uncover their values, life goals, and financial priorities
Recommend customized insurance solutions, including term, whole life, and universal life coverage
Educate clients on strategies for risk management, wealth accumulation, and retirement planning
Build strong, trust-based relationships through transparency and sound advice
Maintain accurate, compliant records using CRM systems and digital platforms
Stay up to date on evolving products, regulations, and industry trends
Identify opportunities to add value through a holistic financial planning approach
What You Bring
Valid LLQP license and legal authorization to work in Alberta
3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial advising, or a related role
A client-first, relationship-driven mindset with a consultative approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
Confidence using digital tools and CRM software for remote engagements
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to help others
