Life Insurance Advisor

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you are responsible for supporting our Life Insurance Producers in delivering exceptional post-sale service to ensure long term retention.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Supporting Sales Producers with processing client documentation, completing carrier requirements and communication, and actioning post-sale updates and revisions Ensuring accurate records in EPIC and completing all EPIC related processes Adhering to service level agreements in terms of timely and accurate service delivery, ensuring any and all-time sensitive matters are addressed promptly Engaging in projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational excellence

LLQP License Required Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs Professional written and verbal communication Working experience in EPIC an asset




Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Location: Remote in Canada
Salary Range: $51,000 - $65,000
