RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist end users requesting information on equipment specs and provide product support for centrally managed items
• Determine equipment entitlements from Army orders
• Check DRMIS for distribution allocations, serialized items\' locations to obtain monthly snapshot views of deployment quantities/locations
• Document spreadsheets of item distribution allocations, serialized items, cross-referenced with government catalog hyperlinks.
• Follow-up with original equipment manufacturers for Return Material Authorizations, Product Discontinuance, and equipment status at 3rd line service centers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized university or community college with an acceptable specialization in Science or Technology
• Experience using a recognized Process framework or using a LCMM Handbook.
• Experience working on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g. SAP) for equipment cataloguing.
• Evaluating and providing solutions to deficiencies in Technical Failure Reports (TFR) and Unsatisfactory Condition Reports (UCR)
• Analyzing Statements of Operational Requirements (SOR).
• Reviewing Technical Data Packages (TDP).
• Planning and executing equipment demilitarization and disposal.
• Developing briefings notes and presentations to address technical and logistics issues pertaining to equipment.

DURATION:

• 12 months plus possible extension
