About your next Challenge as a Life Cycle Material Manager Support :

LCMM Support position for in scope CF188 Items:

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Monitor equipment acquisition and acceptance into service;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Monitor equipment availability and serviceability;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Direct disposition of spare and repairable assets;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Analyze unsatisfactory condition reports;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Initiate and/or review configuration change requests;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Review and update maintenance schedules and plans;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Prepare procurement and R&O estimates;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Initiate and/or approve changes to technical publications;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Provide technical support to DND operating units as required;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Provide technical support to L3Harris technicians and engineers;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Provide disposal recommendations;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Carry out other duties as required.

Required Skills and Experiences:

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Technologist diploma or equivalent military training and experience;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Previous experience in performing life cycle materiel management;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of software products;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Knowledge of CF188 systems an asset;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Knowledge of DRMIS an asset;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and AF9000 a must;

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Must be able to obtain a Canadian Industrial Security Clearance to SECRET level as soon as possible.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x9cReliability\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x9d status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR);
  • Must be able to travel as required in support of operational requirements (less than 10%).
