This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Property Manager at Royal LePage Westside Klein Group in Vancouver, BC. The Licensed Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial properties, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Property Tours and Showings:



Schedule and conduct property tours for interested parties. Highlight property features and amenities during tours. Follow up with prospective tenants to answer questions and address concerns

Marketing and Advertising:



Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants. Create compelling property listings for various online platforms and print materials. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Tenant Correspondence and Communication:



Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests, during the leasing process. Respond to phone calls, emails, and written correspondence promptly and professionally. Communicate lease-related information to tenants, including rent payments, lease renewals, and maintenance procedures.

Lease Documentation and Processing:



Prepare lease agreements, addendums, and other leasing documents accurately and in a timely manner. Review lease terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required signatures and documents are obtained.

Tenant Screening and Application Processing:



Assist with processing rental applications and conducting background and credit checks. Communicate leasing requirements and procedures to prospective tenants.

Database Management and Recordkeeping:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, tenant information, and property inventory. Input data into property management software systems and ensure data integrity. Generate reports and analyze leasing trends to support decision-making processes. Coordinate with leasing team members to facilitate the approval process for new tenants.

Property Inspections and Maintenance Coordination:



Schedule and coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants and property management staff. Update leasing team on property availability and status.

Property Tours and Showings:

Required Knowledge and Skills:



Property Management, Leasing, and Tenant Relations skills Proven experience in leasing or property management role, ideally 3+ years in a large scale and/or newly built community Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Polite, professional, cooperative personality and willingness to assist others; Ability to adapt to changing needs and demands while remaining calm; A proactive sales mindset with a dedication to maintaining a low vacancy rate; Ability to take directions and to follow through on assigned work ina timely manner; and Maturity, confidence and tact, particularly when dealing with difficult issues or conflicts. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Familiar with the RTA Experience in property maintenance and repair coordination Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
