Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in assembling and installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Knowledge of Soldering techniques for pipe connections
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs

Note: Additional skills such as knowledge of building codes, experience with different types of plumbing systems (residential, commercial, industrial), or specialized certifications may be required depending on the specific job requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
