We are a mid-sized and growing mechanical contracting company specializing in projects ranging from $500,000 to $5 million. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality mechanical systems with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a plumbing license to oversee and drive the success of our projects.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong technical expertise in plumbing, proven leadership abilities, and excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate is a licensed plumber who can balance technical know-how with organizational oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects
valued between $500k and $5M.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet or exceed client expectations. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for plumbing and mechanical
systems.

Collaborate with engineers, estimators, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure
seamless project delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates and financial
tracking.

Mentor and support field teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
Qualifications

Licensed Plumber (required). Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the mechanical or plumbing industry. Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $500k to $8M. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
Suite.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
