On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is one of the fastest growing private lenders in Canada. Their major market focus is lending to homeowners looking to utilize the equity in their homes. They have established relationships in geographically diverse urban markets across Canada over the past 25 years and are well positioned in the market.

They are growing and are looking to add a Licensed Mortgage Broker to their winning team in BC. This position is an in-office role from Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm in Mississauga.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• You will field calls from prospective clients from supplied leads
• You will take applications, pull credit bureaus, order appraisals
• You will submit completed applications to the Lending Committee for conditional approvals
• You will follow up with clients for closing
• You will perform follow up with multiple files

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Mortgage Agent
• Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin and English
• Industry experience preferred
• Must have superior organizational skills
• Must be a self starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
• Sub-Prime Lending or Finance Company experience an asset
