Key Responsibilities will include:

• Field calls from prospective clients sourced from supplied leads, making every interaction a potential turning point.
• Dive into the intricacies of the mortgage process by taking applications, pulling credit bureaus, and seamlessly ordering appraisals.
• Navigate the journey of each application, ensuring a smooth course to success by submitting completed applications to the Lending Committee for coveted conditional approvals.
• Follow up diligently with clients, turning the final pages of their homeownership journey into a win-win for everyone.
• Your follow-up skills will ensure that no opportunity or detail slips through the cracks in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What the successful candidate will bring:

• Must be a Licensed Mortgage Lender.
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency essential for your success.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Self starter who can work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess excellent spoken and written English.
• Sub-Prime Lending or Finance Company experience an asset.
• 1+ year experience in a similar position
• This is an in-office position Monday to Friday.
