Licensed Industrial Millwright

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our plant equipment and infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Inspect and adjust conveyors, feeders, gearboxes, hydraulics, and other production equipment. Perform preventative maintenance as per the company's maintenance program. Dismantle and reassemble machinery for major repairs or relocation. Work with other departments to troubleshoot equipment and facility concerns. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Perform welding, cutting, and fabricating as needed for repairs. Ensure all work meets safety standards and is completed with minimal downtime. Support continuous improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and efficiency. Respond to breakdowns with a sense of urgency to minimize production delays. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed. Other responsibilities as necessary.

Applicants Must Have

433A Licensed Industrial Millwright. Valid Driver's License. Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing plant or heavy industrial environment. Welding and fabrication experience considered an asset. Familiarity with PLCs, automation, and robotics considered an asset.
