Job Title:

Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A)

We are looking for a

licensed Industrial Millwright (433A - Ontario)

who has strong mechanical expertise and solid electrical troubleshooting abilities to support automation within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing production equipment to maximize uptime and contribute to automation-driven improvements throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain automated machinery and production systems. Perform and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production and warehouse equipment. Provide technical support for robotics, CNC machines, benders, welders, and other automated equipment. Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to boost equipment performance and resolve repetitive issues. Assist with root cause analysis for recurring or complex equipment failures. Manage and track spare parts inventory. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following 5S standards. Be available for overtime or on-call duties to support production as required.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

Follow all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) guidelines and internal company safety protocols. Report any potential hazards, malfunctions, or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor immediately. Contribute to maintaining a compliant and safe workplace for all employees.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid

433A Industrial Millwright License

(Ontario) -

mandatory

. Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role. Strong ability to interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills. Experience working with automated or robotic equipment, such as CNC benders and robotic welders.

Preferred Assets:

Knowledge of

PLC troubleshooting

and computer-controlled machinery. Dual trade license (

Electrician 442A

) is an asset but not essential. Proficiency with basic computer applications (Word, Excel).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
