We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty treatments while ensuring an enjoyable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality esthetic services including facials, skin care, nail services, facial waxing, body treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Offer personalized consultations to clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments. Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality to all guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

Completion of esthetician program Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about services and products. Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling beauty products. Knowledge of facial waxing, skin care, lash and brow services, nail care, laser, microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
