Position Overview
We are seeking a
Level 3 Primary Early Childhood Educator
to join our Tuxedo Park Campus. This role is ideal for an experienced Educator ready to take a lead role in guiding students through purposeful play, meaningful work, and hands-on exploration. As a Primary Educator, you will collaborate with your teaching team, foster a warm and inclusive classroom community, and model excellence in Montessori-Reggio inspired practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide a mixed-age classroom with confidence, respect, and care.
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based experiences aligned with Montessori and Reggio principles.
Foster independence, mindfulness, and kindness in students' daily routines and interactions.
Communicate thoughtfully with families to ensure a strong home-Academy partnership.
Uphold licensing requirements and Academy policies with professionalism and consistency.
Collaborate with your fellow Educators and contribute to the collective success of the Academy.
Mentor and model best practices for Level 1 and Level 2 Educators, fostering a strong team culture.
Qualifications
Alberta Early Childhood Educator
Level 3 Certification (required)
Strong knowledge of child development and early learning pedagogy
Previous classroom leadership experience preferred
A genuine passion for working with children and building respectful, nurturing relationships
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
