Job Description

Skyra is growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious IRATA/SPRAT Level 3 who's ready to step into a leadership role and wear multiple hats. This is a long-term position with profit-sharing and the potential for company equity for the right person.

You'll be the backbone of field operations, a problem solver, a mentor, a safety manager, and a future second-in-command. If you're reliable, switched on, and hungry for growth, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

This role blends field expertise with operational leadership:

Technical Work & Trades

Rope access operations across complex job sites Caulking & building envelope repairs (essential) Membrane application & leak investigation Concrete repair & patching Painting & coating systems Pressure washing & soft washing Window cleaning Complex rigging setups and lift planning

Leadership & Management

On-site decision-making and problem-solving Conducting toolbox talks, safety planning, and hazard assessments Managing and coordinating small teams Quality control & client communication

Who We're Looking For

A high-caliber Level 3 technician who:

Has

strong multi-trade experience

across building envelope repairs, maintenance and installs Can

lead by example

and manage sites safely and efficiently Is comfortable stepping into estimating and project management roles Works well in small teams and thrives in a growing company Is ambitious, reliable, trustworthy, and takes ownership of the work Wants to grow with the company into a long-term leadership position Has great communication skills, and is able to represent the company by in a positive way with clients and the public
