Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and educational standards. Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques. Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs or requiring early intervention. Monitor and assess children's progress using standardized testing and informal assessments. Engage in behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Proven experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom experience. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Ability to create engaging activities that support literacy education and math skills. Commitment to child welfare and the overall well-being of students.
