What We're Looking For:

A Passionate Educator:

If you're passionate about creating open-ended experiences, exploring loose parts, and have experience with or are eager to learn about the Flight Program and Reggio Emilia approach, we want you on our team!

Toddler Enthusiast:

We're seeking someone with experience and a genuine love for working with toddlers, bringing creativity and warmth into the classroom. Support children through big emotions, problem solving, and support diapering/potty training.

Classroom Creator:

You'll be responsible for designing a cozy, inviting classroom and setting up provocations that spark curiosity and wonder.

Parent Communicator:

Excellent communication skills with parents are a must, ensuring strong partnerships and shared goals.

Storyteller & Goal Setter:

We value educators who enjoy crafting learning stories and developmental goal sheets, showcasing children's progress.

Nature Lover:

Be ready to incorporate nature into your classroom in unique and inspiring ways, both indoors and outdoors!

Health & Licensing Standards:

The ideal candidate takes pride in their classroom, ensuring it meets health and licensing standards at all times. You'll work with your room partner to keep the environment clean, clutter-free, and organized. At Discovery Nest Early Learning Center, we consistently maintain high standards, having passed all licensing requirements with distinction due to our commitment to implementing best practices.

Collaborative Team:

You'll be working alongside one of our experienced Nest educators, who has been part of our team for two years, sharing a passion for creating a nurturing, innovative learning space.

Musically Engaged:

Have a wide repertoire of songs and love learning new songs and interactive stories, as we sing all day!
