Large, well known organization based in Burnaby is looking to hire a Lending/Mortgage Administrator. This will be a 1 year temporary position, with possibility of extension.

Location: Burnaby - this will be a hybrid role. Required to work from office during training

Salary - $24-25/hr

Primary duties will include:

  • Administers the various mortgage portfolios
  • Facilitates payment of property taxes
  • Prepares mortgage packages
  • Performs interest calculations
Requirements:
  • 3 + years previous administrative experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in legal/accounting/administrative tasks
  • Strong administrative and people skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Excellent reliability - attendance & punctuality
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
