This role reports into the Controller & CFO, and focuses on full cycle AP and monitoring of subcontracts. Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable from receipt to final approval including entering invoices into Sage accounting software, reconciling vendor statements and process cheque runs
  • Correspond with Project Managers, Site Superintendents and Construction Safety Officers
  • Manage vendor payments and reconciliations
  • Maintenance and monitoring of construction subcontracts ensuring compliance of required documentation
  • Ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Construction experience considered an asset
